POSTAGE AND SHIPPING
Please note that the cost of postage will be calculated on the order value, with no charge for the packaging.
ORDERS OVER £50.00 SENT FREE OF CHARGE (UK ONLY)
All orders are securely packed and sent by First Class post.
Larger orders will be sent by carrier at very competitive prices, allowing us to track the parcel, handy if anything goes missing.
Would international customers please email for accurate postage costs.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Sales Office on 01623 441848 or by email to Sales@artstampers.co.uk who will arrange a full refund.
PAYMENT
We accept Switch/Delta/Visa/Mastercard/Solo and cheques and postal orders are accepted.
Our Credit Card payment procedure is totally secure, however, if you prefer you can telephone us with your details.
These terms and conditions apply to Stamp To Your Arts Content. We do not accept the customers terms and conditions.
Orders placed on Stamp Tp Your Arts Content will be binding and will be manufactured by Supreme Rubber Stamp Company.
Any price changes will be notified by email and also updated online.
Should we encounter any manufacturing difficulties, our customers will be contacted immediately to update them as to a completion date for their order. If the completion date is not acceptable to the customer, then the order can be cancelled without any charge.
If the customer designs their own stamps then Stamp To Your Arts Content will not be responsible for any copyright issues.
We reserve the right not to accept any orders that are in bad taste.
EMAIL POLICY
Any email details will be used to process the order only and will not be passed to any third parties. Stamp To Your Arts Content may send information to their customers from time to time relating to products and services.
If a customer does not want to receive emails thay can unsubscribe easily. Simply email UNSUBSCRIBE. The customer will not then receive any further emails.
